Deadlines
The initial filing period for Fall semesters is October 01 - November 30 and for Spring semesters is August, of the preceding year. Example: October - November 2006 is the initial filing period for Fall 2007. August 2006 is the initial filing month for Spring 2007.
Undergraduate applications will continue to be accepted beyond the initial filing months for most majors until enrollment goals are met. For the most current information about application deadlines, please call the Admissions and Records Customer Service area at (916) 278-3901.
Fees
An application fee of $55.00 in U.S. funds, payable to California State University, is required for each application filed. The fee is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another term at any campus. An application fee is required if you finish your first bachelor's degree and wish to continue your studies.
Application Fee Waiver - The application fee may be waived for a limited number of applicants from low-income families for whom payment would be a financial hardship. If you think you qualify, you will have the option to apply for the Application Fee Waiver on-line after you complete the Admission Application. International students are not eligible for the application fee waiver.
